The Harmonic Constitution is a geometric and algebraic system which proportionately allocates six elements of government: 1) aristocracy 2) monarchy 3) democracy 4) executive power 5) legislative power and 6) judicial power. Williams doesn't invent it so much as become the first philosopher to notice it and describe it.
